Why We Exist

Most personal injury law is local, fragmented, and inconsistent. Great outcomes depend too much on geography: whether you happened to find the right firm in your city, whether they had bandwidth for your case, whether they had the discipline to actually work it up. The result is that two people with identical injuries, identical facts, and identical legal rights can end up with wildly different outcomes. Not because of the law. Because of which firm happened to be nearby.

That bothered us. Personal injury law exists to make injured people whole. It is one of the few areas of the legal system where access is supposed to be equal, where the contingency fee structure was designed to level the playing field. But in practice, your outcome still depends on whether you had the good fortune to find a firm that was organized, staffed, and motivated to fight for you.

National Advocates was built to change that. We combined experienced plaintiff-side legal judgment with the operational infrastructure to handle cases at scale without losing the detail, the client experience, or the outcomes that make a real difference in people's lives. Every client gets an attorney-supervised team, a dedicated case manager, and a firm whose job is getting them what they're owed.

We are plaintiff-only and always will be. We have never represented an insurance company. Every strategy, every tool, every relationship we build points in one direction. That is not a marketing line. It is how the firm is structured, and it shapes every decision we make.

What we help with

Personal injury law covers a lot of ground. Here's what we handle, and how we approach each case.

National Presence. Local Expertise.

Personal injury law is local. Statutes, courts, the insurance landscape, even the medical providers who know how to document injuries properly. Getting great representation shouldn't depend on whether the right firm happens to be in your city.

National Advocates is licensed and operating across multiple states, with established local attorneys and trusted provider relationships in each jurisdiction we enter. When you work with us, you get an attorney-supervised team that knows your state. Not a firm figuring it out as they go.

We're expanding state by state, deliberately. If you don't see your state listed, reach out. We can always connect you with someone we trust.

You're in Good Hands

How it Works

Step 1

Tell us what happened

Call us or fill out the form. This is a free, confidential conversation — no legal jargon, no pressure. We listen, ask a few questions, and get a clear picture of your situation.

Step 2

We assess your case

We look at liability, insurance coverage, the nature of your injuries, and the legal landscape in your state. Then we give you a clear answer: what you have, what it's worth, and what comes next.

Step 3

We go to work

Once you're in, we take over. Medical coordination, records collection, insurance correspondence, demand preparation, and negotiation — all of it. Your only job is to focus on getting better.

Step 4

You get compensation

When your case resolves, we walk you through every dollar. Our fee comes from what we recover — not from you. If we don't win, you owe us nothing.

Meet Ryan Hecht

Founding Attorney at National Advocates

Ryan Hecht

Ryan Hecht is a personal injury attorney who helps injury victims across the country get the compensation they deserve. Before founding National Advocates, he spent years on the civil defense side, preparing cases for trial, taking depositions, and learning exactly how carriers decide what to pay and what to fight.

He left to fight for plaintiffs. Ryan built National Advocates on the belief that people who've been injured deserve representation that is as sophisticated, prepared, and tenacious as what the other side brings — regardless of where they live. Every case that comes through National Advocates is supervised by Ryan directly. That's not a marketing claim. It's how we operate.

FAQs

Most states allow you to recover compensation even if you share some responsibility — your damages are simply reduced by your percentage of fault. A few states have stricter rules. Either way, don't assume your case has no value because of shared fault. That's exactly the kind of question we answer in a free consultation.

Almost certainly not before speaking with us. Insurance companies make early offers specifically because injured people don't yet know what their case is worth — and early offers almost never reflect full compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Once you accept, you typically can't go back. One conversation with us costs nothing and could change that number significantly.

It depends on the complexity of your injuries and the insurance carriers involved. Many cases resolve within 6–12 months. More complex matters can take longer, particularly if litigation is required. From the first call, we'll give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.

Nothing upfront. We work on a contingency fee basis — we only get paid if we recover compensation for you. Our fee comes from what we win, not from your pocket.

That depends on the severity of your injuries, the impact on your daily life and income, and who was at fault. We won't give you a number in the first conversation — not because we're hiding something, but because a real answer requires understanding your situation. That's what the free consultation is for.

Someone from our team calls you — usually within minutes. We'll ask about what happened, your injuries, and what's happened since. If we think we can help, we'll walk you through next steps. There's no pressure and no obligation.
